Tune out the distractions and focus on punches, kicks, and combinations that build strength, stamina, and confidence with every strike in your 60 Minute Kickboxing Class.

After the heavy bag rounds in your 60 Minute Kickboxing Class, we transition into a cool down to lower the intensity and allow your body to recover. We focus on targeted stretches to promote flexibility and relaxation, giving you time to reflect on your progress and prepare for the next.

As the class winds down, we guide you through a cool-down session to reduce the intensity and help your body recover. We focus on deep stretches that aid in muscle relaxation and flexibility, giving you a moment to reflect on your hard work and progress.

True North Kickboxing is an amazing studio! The classes were challenging but fun, and the instructors are incredibly motivating. They focus on proper technique, but also make sure you’re getting a full-body workout. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength and endurance. It’s great therapy for your soul! Every instructor brings their own personality to the class but they all care about you and want you to succeed in your fitness journey. They are right there in the trenches with you always pushing you beyond your limits. I switched to the 6 am class at the start of the year to have fun with the “6 am crew” but to take in the energy Coach Katie offers in her class. It may be freezing outside but we’re bringing the heat inside!!! If you really want to see what you’ve got then take on one of Amanda’s challenges-you discover real strength. I completed the 6 week challenge at True North Kickboxing and man was it amazing!! I was a little nervous going into this because it was something new for me. However, I immediately lost all nerves as soon as I stepped into the gym. Everyone there was so welcoming and kind. It really is one big family of people who like to punch stuff. The instructors are super encouraging and fun to be around. The challenge itself was a great experience. The community gave me the strength to push through and keep going.
