I started last month and so far love it!! I met new people and i absolutely love the positive atmosphere. I love spending my free time here. True North Kickboxing is an amazing studio! The classes were challenging but fun, and the instructors are incredibly motivating. They focus on proper technique, but also make sure you’re getting a full-body workout. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength and endurance. It’s great therapy for your soul! Every instructor brings their own personality to the class but they all care about you and want you to succeed in your fitness journey. They are right there in the trenches with you always pushing you beyond your limits. I switched to the 6 am class at the start of the year to have fun with the “6 am crew” but to take in the energy Coach Katie offers in her class. It may be freezing outside but we’re bringing the heat inside!!! If you really want to see what you’ve got then take on one of Amanda’s challenges-you discover real strength. We love you all and a big kudos to all the coaches and managers because you are all the “best”.

I completed the 6 week challenge at True North Kickboxing and man was it amazing!! I was a little nervous going into this because it was something new for me. However, I immediately lost all nerves as soon as I stepped into the gym. Everyone there was so welcoming and kind. It really is one big family of people who like to punch stuff. The instructors are super encouraging and fun to be around. The challenge itself was a great experience. The community gave me the strength to push through and keep going. Overall, I highly recommend True North for a great time and workout!
